Contract management for small teams

AI contract management software for small teams

AI contract management software should tell a small team three things: what it has agreed to, what it owes and by when, and which contracts renew next. Qeluntra keeps each contract as a governed record, tracks obligations that carry an owner, a due date and the evidence they require, and reports renewal notice windows every day. Its AI features help you find and prioritize records; people still approve, complete and waive.

Free contract register template

Most small teams start from a spreadsheet, an inbox and a shared drive. Before choosing software, put every live agreement in one register. The template has one row per contract and the columns that decide whether anything is about to go wrong: the expiry date, the notice period, the obligation, its owner and the evidence that proves it was met.

How to fill it in

  1. One row per signed agreement. Use the title your team already says out loud, so search finds it.
  2. Write the notice period in days. The date that matters is not the expiry date but the last day you can still give notice.
  3. Name one owner per obligation. A team is not an owner.
  4. Say what evidence closes the obligation — an insurance certificate, a delivery note, a seat review — and where the signed copy is stored.

If you later move the register into Qeluntra, the governed import reads the columns you map to title and description. The other columns are your checklist for what to record against each contract once it is in.

What it does not do

Buyers of AI contract software are right to be sceptical, so here is the other half of the list.

  • It does not read your contract files. Qeluntra does not extract clauses, dates or obligations from a PDF or Word document automatically.
  • It does not store the signed copy. Evidence is recorded as a link or reference to where the document already lives.
  • It does not decide for you. AI output is a suggestion or a ranking. Completing, waiving and reviewing are actions people take, and the record keeps who took them.
  • It is not legal advice. Qeluntra organizes contract operations; it does not interpret the law that governs your agreements.

Common questions about AI contract management software

Does Qeluntra use AI to read my contracts and pull out clauses?

No. Qeluntra does not read contract files or extract clauses, dates or obligations from them automatically. Its AI features are assistive: AI search ranks matching contracts, suppliers and risk cases and shows why each one matched, and GuideAI helps people set up and use the workspace.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free has no card requirement and no expiry. It covers one company workspace with one owner or administrator and up to 10 governed contract records. It includes no AI credits, integrations or external guests.

Can I import contracts from a spreadsheet?

Yes, on an active paid plan. The governed import previews the file first, then creates a contract record for each row with a title, using the columns you map to title and description. It refuses an import that would exceed your plan's contract allowance.

Does Qeluntra store the signed contract file?

No. For evidence against an obligation, Qeluntra records where the document is, as a link or reference, together with its type and review verdict. The file itself stays in the system where you already keep it.

Can AI approve, complete or waive anything on its own?

No. Completing an obligation is refused while any required evidence is missing or rejected, waiving one needs a written reason, and evidence verdicts are limited to roles such as owner, contract manager, compliance officer and reviewer. People make those decisions and the record keeps who made them.
