This policy explains how Qeluntra collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when companies and their authorized users use our procurement, supply-chain, and operations cloud.
- Account and organization data
- We process business contact, account, role, company, authentication, and organization-administration information needed to provide and secure Qeluntra.
- Supplier and procurement records
- Customers may provide supplier, sourcing, purchasing, contract, risk, inventory, logistics, finance, and operations records. Customers control the business records they submit.
- Documents and messages
- Qeluntra processes uploaded documents, Qeluntra Connect messages, approvals, comments, and related evidence to provide governed workflows.
- Usage and diagnostics
- We collect security, audit, device, performance, and usage information to protect the service, investigate incidents, and improve reliability.
- Billing references
- Qeluntra stores plan, entitlement, invoice-status, and customer references. Payment-card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored in Qeluntra application databases.
- Governed AI processing
- AI assistance is limited by permissions, approval gates, and audit records. It cannot silently approve suppliers, move money, or change billing.
- Service providers
- We use vetted service providers for hosting, identity, communications, analytics, security, and payments, subject to contractual and operational safeguards.
- Security
- We use access controls, tenant isolation, encryption in transit, audit logging, secure secret handling, and monitored operational controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.
- Retention and deletion
- We retain information only as needed for the service, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, and customer-configured retention. Authorized customers may request deletion subject to required retention.
- Your rights and choices
- Depending on location, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability and may object to certain processing. Qeluntra does not sell personal information.
- International processing
- Information may be processed in countries other than the user’s location using appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards.
- Adult business users
- Qeluntra is a business service for adult users and is not directed to children.
