Terms of Service
Qeluntra is a procurement, supply-chain and operations cloud provided by Qeluntra, LLC.
- The service
- Qeluntra is a procurement, supply-chain and operations cloud provided by Qeluntra, LLC. By creating a company account or paying for a plan you agree to these terms on behalf of that company. Qeluntra assists with governed workflows; your people remain responsible for approvals, payments and supplier decisions.
- Subscription
- Paid plans are subscriptions for the term you choose at checkout (monthly, annual or two years). Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay, are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Plan limits (companies, users, contracts, AI credits and integrations) are those shown for the plan you bought.
- Automatic renewal
- Renews automatically every term until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file at the price of your plan at that time. A term you have already paid for is not repriced.
- Cancellation
- Cancel any time from Manage billing in your company account. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not delete your company records, which remain available to review and export for the retention period in the privacy policy.
- No refunds
- Fees are non-refundable, and no credits are given for part of a term, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
- Failed payments
- If a renewal payment fails we retry and email the billing contact. Access may be paused until the invoice is paid; your records are kept.
- Your data
- You own the business records you submit. How they are processed, including AI subprocessors, is described in the privacy policy.
- Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another company's data, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend an account that does.
- Liability
- The service is provided as described and we take reasonable care in running it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
