Control-tower visibility
Supply chain visibility software should explain consequence, not merely location. Qeluntra connects shipment, order, inventory, supplier, contract, facility, production, customer, and financial context so teams can prioritize an exception, assign an owner, compare responses, approve a decision, and verify the result.
Visibility dashboards often show where an order is but not why it matters or who must act. Qeluntra brings shipment, inventory, supplier, contract, facility, and customer context into prioritized action queues.

Answer first
Supply chain visibility software should explain consequence, not merely location. Qeluntra connects shipment, order, inventory, supplier, contract, facility, production, customer, and financial context so teams can prioritize an exception, assign an owner, compare responses, approve a decision, and verify the result.
| Job | Qeluntra capability | Evidence retained |
|---|---|---|
| Detect an exception | Connected order, shipment, inventory, supplier, and facility events | Every event records source and freshness |
| Understand business impact | Material, production, customer, contract, and financial context | Priority uses visible assumptions rather than an unexplained severity |
| Choose a response | Inventory, sourcing, scheduling, route, and commercial scenarios | Tradeoffs and approvals remain in the decision history |
| Learn from resolution | Assigned actions, outcome evidence, and supplier or lane feedback | The closed exception records what changed and whether it worked |
The first design question is not which map to buy. It is which decisions are currently slow or unreliable because teams cannot connect records. A late shipment may be irrelevant when buffer stock is available and critical when it contains the only qualified component for a customer commitment. The same event needs different priority because its consequence differs.
Define the questions first: which production orders are exposed, which customers could be affected, which contract terms apply, what inventory is usable, which alternatives are approved, what a delay costs, and who can authorize a response. Those questions determine the data model and prevent the project from becoming a visually impressive stream of events that nobody can act on.
A useful chain connects an event to an order or shipment, then to material and quantity, supplier and origin, inventory and allocation, facility and production plan, contract and service obligation, customer demand, and financial impact. Each link needs a stable identifier. If teams cannot join a supplier's shipment reference to the buyer's purchase order and item, automation cannot reliably infer the missing relationship.
Start by testing a small number of real exceptions end to end. Record where identifiers change, where timestamps use different time zones, where quantities use different units, and where a status means something different in each system. Visibility is mostly disciplined reconciliation. A platform can preserve and automate the model, but it cannot make conflicting definitions true.
A status without source and time can be more dangerous than no status. Carrier estimates change, supplier confirmations may be manual, port events arrive late, and inventory snapshots can be out of date before a response is approved. Show the provider, event time, received time, confidence or verification state, and last successful refresh. When a connector fails, the interface must say the data is stale rather than keep a green indicator.
Separate observed facts, supplier statements, system estimates, and model recommendations. They can all be useful, but they carry different authority. Qeluntra is designed to retain that distinction so a reviewer can see whether a response was based on a scan event, a carrier estimate, an email promise, or a modeled scenario.
Control towers fail when every delay is an alert. Priority should consider production or service impact, time to consequence, available buffer, substitute readiness, affected revenue or customer commitment, contractual exposure, and confidence in the signal. The formula does not have to be complex, but its inputs and thresholds should be visible and adjustable by authorized owners.
Keep urgency separate from magnitude. A modest issue that reaches full impact tomorrow can need action before a larger exposure that has six weeks of buffer. Record why a case was escalated and whether a person changed the priority. That override is valuable feedback: repeated overrides may show a missing factor rather than user resistance.
Common responses include reallocating inventory, expediting a lane, using an approved alternate supplier, changing a production sequence, splitting an order, negotiating a customer date, or accepting the delay. Each changes cost, service, risk, quality, and workload differently. A useful system shows the assumptions and identifies approvals required by value or risk.
Do not present a modeled response as an executable instruction. Confirm capacity, quality approval, contract terms, customs constraints, and operational feasibility. Qeluntra can organize scenarios and evidence while the authorized teams approve the path. If the necessary connector or data source is absent, the workflow should request evidence rather than manufacture certainty.
A shipment exception often begins upstream. The supplier may have missed a production milestone, an incoterm may place responsibility elsewhere, a contract may define notification duties, or repeated delays may change the next sourcing decision. Closing the logistics ticket without updating the supplier and contract record loses the learning and guarantees the same investigation next month.
Link the resolution to performance measures, corrective actions, claims, credits, and renewal evidence where relevant. Finance should be able to distinguish estimated exposure from an approved cost and a realized credit. Procurement should see patterns by supplier and category without losing the individual source events behind the summary.
Choose one flow with meaningful exceptions, limited systems, and owners willing to test. Map identifiers and event definitions, connect only the sources needed for the decisions, publish the escalation rules, and run historical cases through the workflow. Add breadth after the team can explain why an exception reached a person and what evidence closed it.
Measure time from signal to acknowledged owner, time to an approved response, percentage of cases with current source data, manual touches, repeat exceptions, and outcome verification. Use the organization's actual expedite cost, downtime exposure, service penalties, and labor baseline when estimating value. Qeluntra does not publish an invented percentage saving because the result depends on event volume, current process, data quality, and the actions the business can actually take.
Qeluntra has a $0 Free plan. Monthly base prices are Starter $389, Business $1,169, Growth Intelligence $3,249, Corporate Control Tower $9,599, and Enterprise Network $31,999. Annual commitments reduce the monthly base by 8%; two-year commitments reduce it by 15%. Onboarding, capacity overages, optional modules, tax, and external data or provider fees are shown separately where applicable.

It connects events and status across orders, suppliers, inventory, production, logistics, facilities, and customers so teams can understand exposure and act. A location map alone is shipment tracking, not full operational visibility.
Logistics visibility concentrates movement, carriers, lanes, milestones, and delivery. Supply-chain visibility also includes supply, inventory, production, contracts, demand, and customer consequences. The scopes overlap but are not identical.
No. Live carrier ETA, port, freight, customs, WMS, TMS, weather, and similar data require approved connectors or licensed providers. The product should state whether a feed is configured and when its data was refreshed.
No. Qeluntra can organize evidence and prepare recommendations, but authorized people retain approval, override, and accountability for consequential procurement, supplier, contract, finance, and operations decisions.
